After a series of successful stints at some of Miami’s hottest and highest-rated hotels and restaurants, Gary became the Executive Chef at The Strand on South Beach where he wowed a virtual “who’s who” of celebrities and luminaries ranging from Madonna to Robert DeNiro. Chef Gary was on the verge of opening a dessert restaurant with a focus on soufflés but was compelled to move into the world of off-premise catering as a response to multiple guest requests. Eggwhites Catering was incubated in the landmark Shelbourne Hotel on Miami Beach and continues to serve the Miami glitterati such as Drake, DJ Khaled, LeBron James, the Kardashians and Real Housewives’ Lisa Hochstein.

A LITTLE HISTORY

Eggwhites Catering was founded in 1994 by Owner and Chef Gary Lampner. Chef Gary became passionate about the culinary arts while attending business school in Vermont. He successfully completed the American Culinary Federation’s Chef Apprenticeship Program where he trained for 6,000 hours at the world renowned Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. He later earned a degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.

We have extensive relationships with the best vendors in the business to ensure that your event is truly one of a kind. FOOD AND BEVERAGE

A first-class event starts with great cuisine. Our food and beverage presentation is crafted to enhance the guests’ experience and every menu is tailored to appeal to the taste of each individual client. We can accommodate any dietary requests you might have including plant-based, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu options. We can recommend fabulous food and wine pairings, and our sophisticated knowledge of mixology allows us to create special craft cocktails to get your party started.

Our Development Process
