Well over 40 years ago three men who shared the same values and professional life got together and formed Cook Muldowney Costello – David Cook (left) and Terry Costello (right). Current evidence reports that around 50–70% of autistic people also experience mental health conditions. There is also emerging evidence to suggest that autistic women and girls experience higher rates of mental illness than autistic men and boys.
These can include low autism awareness and understanding by mental health practitioners, communication difficulties (particularly when a person is non-verbal), sensory sensitivities and a lack of coordination and collaboration between mental health, mainstream health, disability services and other sectors, including education, employment, justice and housing.
Amaze welcomed the Victorian Government’s commitment in December 2017 to develop a strategy to improve autism understanding across health workforces, and we continue to advocate to the government to ensure this strategy is created, with autistic people at its centre.
The Discovery Phase- Our developers perform research and brainstorming before picking up any tasks to ensure the development of the desired functionalities in one go.
The Execution Phase- After gathering all the nuts and bolts to proceed, it’s time for project execution. Our developers and quality analysts followed the development process for execution and worked side-by-side to achieve the project aims. Our project managers also did regular reviews to check the progress of the project went smoothly and according to the time.
Sprint Base Project Delivery- Developer is involved in taking the client’s priorities on tasks. This process helps us to meet the client’s expectations in the best possible manner and ensure the timely delivery of the tasks.
The Deployment Phase- When a task is ready and tested it is deployed on the Heroku server.
